• Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually

ADTN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold ADTN harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.
